De Telefoondienst
Middenin het groene hart van de Watergraafsmeer wordt De Telefoondienst gerealiseerd. De voormalige telefooncentrale uit 1923 wordt door AHAM Vastgoed getransformeerd tot een bijzondere woon- en werkplek. Het complex op de hoek van de Middenweg en de Kamerlingh Onneslaan zal ruimte bieden aan een gevarieerde mix van woningen, bedrijfsruimtes en ateliers.
Rapenburg
On Rapenburg, a new building will be constructed on Nieuwe Foeliestraat. Supermarket SPAR will be located on the first floor so that local residents can do their daily shopping here. The four floors above will house 24 new rental apartments. The building will be on the corner of Rapenburg and Foeliedwarsstraat.
Haarlemmerplein 2
Arthur Staal's bankbuilding on Haarlemmerplein is a landmark and municipal monument. Architect Ana Rocha created a plan for the future that does justice to its past.
