Is something broken in your home? We’re sorry to hear that! Minor repairs are often your responsibility to take care of, while more significant issues are usually ours to resolve. If you’re unsure who is responsible, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
Urgent repair
A gas leak, electrical failure, burst water pipe, leak, fire, storm damage, or any other defect that may cause immediate danger or significant damage is always considered an emergency. In such cases, please contact our maintenance department immediately. They are available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays) via:

Please be aware: if it turns out that a repair has been wrongly classified as an emergency, the additional emergency costs will be charged to you.
Clogged pipes and sewers
You are responsible for preventing pipes and drains from becoming clogged. Please never flush grease, cleaning wipes, or diapers. If this does happen and it causes a blockage that needs to be cleared, we are required to charge you for the costs.
