Maintenance and repairs
Is there something broken in your home? We regret that as well! Minor repairs are often your responsibility to resolve. More significant issues are often ours to fix. If you have any doubts, you can always contact us.
Urgent repair
A gas leak, electrical failure, burst water pipe, leak, fire, storm damage, or other defects that can lead to acute danger or significant damage are always an emergency. In these cases, please get in touch with our maintenance department immediately. They can be reached from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (excluding public holidays) via:

Please be aware: if it turns out that a repair has been wrongly classified as an emergency, the additional emergency costs will be charged to you.
Clogged pipes and sewers
You must ensure that pipes and sewers do not clog. Please never flush grease, cleaning wipes, or diapers. If you have done so anyway, and it’s caused a blockage that needs to be fixed, then we are required to charge you for the costs. Do you have a blockage that you cannot solve yourself? Central heating malfunctions
For malfunctions in the central heating system, you can directly contact the installer with whom a maintenance contract has been signed.
If necessary, consult the sticker on the boiler and/or your rental agreement.
