Van Ostadestraat 148-150

At Van Ostadestraat 148–150, we are transforming the basement level of the building. As part of the project, we are carrying out foundation repairs while creating new, high-quality office space. The design has been developed entirely in-house, with the full process, from initial concept to technical development, designed, coordinated and managed by our own team. This allows us to combine the preservation and strengthening of the existing building with a future-proof use of the space. The offices will be delivered fully turn-key and will feature a green roof.
