Developing real estate sustainably is both our starting point and our responsibility
For us, “Real estate with a heart” means continuously daring to ask the question: how can we make it even better? We ask it of ourselves, of our partners, and of our clients.
That question leads to many others, such as: What materials do we use? And what technologies? Which type of glass and which insulation? In recent years, we have upgraded fifty percent of our real estate portfolio to an A or B energy label. For us, this drive for improvement isn’t just part of our plans — it’s part of what motivates our team every day.
We are at our best when we can openly brainstorm with our partners and clients. The answers to these improvement challenges lead not only to more sustainable projects but also to innovative solutions. Solutions about optimizing square meters, and also about how to make the best use of them — from green roofs to office chairs to extractor hoods.
Developing real estate sustainably is both our starting point and our responsibility. And that goes far beyond simply being “green.” By continually asking ourselves how we can improve our work, and by involving ourselves in every step of the process, we almost naturally arrive at smart solutions for doing things better. Better for our tenants, and better for the environment. In our experience, those two always go hand in hand.
