The property is located along the Amstel in the Grachtengordel‑Zuid area, a pleasant and central location in Amsterdam. It is a quiet residential area, while still being close to the liveliness of the city. Within walking distance you will find shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants. Well-known locations such as Rembrandtplein and Carré are also nearby.
Layout of the property:
The property is divided over two floors. On the second floor you enter into the hall, which gives access to a separate toilet, a small storage room and the spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room is bright and provides access to a balcony.
On the third floor there are three bedrooms of different sizes. There is also a spacious bathroom and a second, smaller bathroom. On the landing there is space for a washing machine and dryer.
On top of the property there is a large roof terrace where you can sit outside. In addition, there is an external storage room in the basement.
