Van Ostadestraat
With a major renovation, we are creating five homes and an attractive commercial space behind this characteristic facade in Amsterdam's Pijp district.
This building, originally constructed in 1900 as a nursery with a director’s residence, still bears the plaque with the inscription “Kleine kinderen bewaarplaats” (Small children’s shelter).
After a period of intensive demolition work, the transformation is really taking shape. Behind the facade, De Waardbouw is working on the reconstruction of the building, including a beautiful addition by MetaDecor.
Two pavilions are being placed in the garden, the largest of which is ideal for working, meetings, and as a showroom. A stone’s throw from the De Pijp metro station, it is an ideal urban workplace.
The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026.
