Huys&Werf
The island feeling in the middle of the city. That's what you get on Oostenburg, one of the three urban islands on the edge of Amsterdam's city center. The former shipyard of the VOC is being transformed into a sustainable and lively city neighborhood on the water. While retaining its historic and industrial character, the neighborhood is becoming an adventurous place with a raw edge.

Huys&Werf is part of the new live/work area on Oostenburg city island. This project consists of several special commercial spaces and fifteen high-quality finished apartments. All apartments are located on the Jacob Bontiusplaats. The commercial spaces can be found on Oostenburgermiddenstraat and Jacob Bontiusplaats.
