3.1 Identification and Contact Details

We may process the following information:

• Name, address, and place of residence;
• Email address and telephone number;
• A copy of a valid identity document (for verification purposes only; the Citizen Service Number will be obscured);
• Residence and work permits for prospective tenants from outside the EEA or Switzerland.

We process this information solely for the purpose of responding to your queries and communicating with you.
We rely on a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as communication is not possible without this information.

3.2 Website Usage

This may include:

• IP address
• Browser and device type
• Pages visited

This information is processed in an anonymized or pseudonymized manner wherever possible and is used only for managing and improving the website. We rely on a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as the website cannot function properly nor be improved without processing this data.

4. Retention Periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary:

• Contact details: up to 1 year after your question has been handled
• Technical log data: up to 6 months

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed only by AHAM Vastgoed and by service providers acting on our behalf,
such as hosting and IT service providers. Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties
in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.

We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary to provide our services to you.

AHAM Vastgoed uses cookies. Functional cookies are placed based on our legitimate interest.
For analytical and marketing cookies, we request prior consent.

We will respond as soon as possible and in any case within one month of receiving your request.
This period may be extended by two months due to the complexity of your request or the number of
requests we receive. If so, we will inform you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

AHAM Vastgoed applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect
personal data against loss or unlawful processing (Article 32 GDPR).

9. Other Privacy Statements

A separate Privacy Statement applies to the processing of personal data of prospective
tenants, addressing the selection process and income and identity verification.

10. Changes

This Privacy Statement may be updated. The most recent version is always available
via AHAM Vastgoed.
