Residential Housing Rental Conditions

• Our requirements for a candidate are based on the cost of the rent in combination with the candidate’s income. If you’d like to rent housing with your partner, you must be able to demonstrate a (joint) gross monthly income of approximately four (4) times the basic monthly rent. If you only want to rent a home, you must be able to prove a gross monthly income of approximately 3 times the basic monthly rent.
• We do not accept home sharers unless this is specifically mentioned in the offer.
• Subletting is not permitted in any way. This also applies to room rental and/or rental as a vacation home.
